This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and skilled chef to take ownership of a kitchen section within a high-end culinary operation.
The role involves delivering consistently high standards across fine dining, weddings, and large-scale events while working as part of a professional and dynamic kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes within your assigned section Ensure all food meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation Maintain attention to detail across all services, including la carte dining, weddings, and events Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu development, tastings, and seasonal planning Supervise, train, and support junior kitchen team members as required Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations at all times Monitor stock levels for your section, minimising waste and supporting cost control Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation Communicate effectively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service Key Requirements: Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie Background in a fine dining, hotel, or high-end restaurant environment is highly desirable Strong knowledge of classical and modern cooking techniques Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP standards Positive, professional attitude with a strong team-focused approach What's in it for you?
