You will be working for a large technology company to verify content information of businesses and real estate on their business information and services.
As a Content Moderator, you will be:
1. Making outbound and inbound calls & messages to small and big business to clarify content/information
2. Investigating and resolving reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content.
3. Enforcing clients Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports and content information.
4. Using market specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.
What we are looking for:
· Fluency in French
· Strong attention to detail to ensure quality of work
· Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
