Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the bar and restaurant, including opening and closing procedures - Efficient service of food items to include menu knowledge and a positive guest interaction - Develop and maintain cocktail recipes and drink menus - Train and supervise bar staff on customer service, drink preparation, and safety procedures - Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to meet budget targets - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times - Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner - Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for patrons - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service Requirements: - Previous experience in bartending, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting - Knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practices - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Proven track record in team management and staff developmentJob Type: Part-timePay: €8.89-€13.70 per hourBenefits:On-site parkingExperience:Food and Beverage management: 1 year (required)Work Location: In person
