West Cork Distillers was founded in 2003 by John O'Connell, Denis McCarthy and Ger McCarthy and has since grown to a team of over 150 people based in our distillery in Skibbereen, Co. Cork.
We are looking for
We are seeking a Business Development Manager at Red Bev Brands. You will have a proven track record of excelling in both On-Trade and Off-Trade channels, where you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your strong communication skills and product knowledge will be pivotal in promoting our beverages and achieving sales targets.
What You'll Do
Client Connections
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in your assigned territory in both On-Trade and Off-Trade channels.
Understand client needs and provide effective solutions like a pro problem-solver.
Sales Execution
Present our drink products, emphasising their benefits and features.
Secure the right distribution for our portfolio and execute visibility and consumer activations across each channel.
Trend Tracking
Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and the competition's moves.
Feed our innovation engine by sharing valuable insights for our expanding portfolio.
Lead Generation
Identify new sales opportunities through various methods.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
Sales Process
Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals that resonate with different audiences.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure accurate order processing.
Reporting
Maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system.
Provide regular updates on execution within your territory.
Collaboration
Work closely with our marketing team to create brilliant campaigns.
Collaborate with colleagues to help build a unified brand presence in the market.
What You'll Have
Show us your sales savvy with a track record in beverages or related sectors
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Thrive on setting and exceeding targets, showcasing your ambitious spirit
Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and trends
Full clean drivers licence and willingness to travel within Co.Cork (and beyond on occasion for events or as per customer requirements)
