I'm looking for a reliable handyman to install vinyl flooring (lino) in my small living room. The space is about 14 square meters with a couple of door thresholds to work around. I prefer a clean, precise finish with minimal waste and ready-to-use tools. Experience with subfloor preparation and trimming around skirting boards is a plus. The project should be completed in one day, and I’d like to start in the late morning. I can provide the lino, adhesive, and spacers, but I’m open to recommendations if you think different materials would suit better.
