Job Title: Contract Manager - Supply Chain Expertise
About the Role:
* As a key member of our procurement team, you will assist in sourcing and managing procurement packages, including large and complex materials and subcontract packages.
* Responsibilities include tendering, evaluation, and award process for procurement services and products.
* Issuance and management of purchase orders aligned with agreed strategies and timelines.
* Suppliers and subcontractors liaison to obtain competitive quotations and maintain pricing information.
* Procurement schedule, tracker, and documentation maintenance.
* Delivery, quality, or invoicing issues resolution.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination.
* Relevant qualifications in Procurement, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative problem-solving approach.
* Attention to detail and organisational skills to manage procurement data and deadlines.
