We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Manager and contributing to the smooth operation of our HR department.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records, including absences, leave requests, and employee information.
* Co-ordinating the recruitment process, including advertising open positions, managing applications, organizing interviews, and performing reference checks.
* Liaising with payroll to ensure data is provided as required.
* Supporting the HR Manager in various HR-related activities, including Employee Wellbeing and Employee Engagement initiatives.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A strong understanding of Irish human resources laws, processes, and procedures.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Experience in a fast-paced administration role, preferably in a similar environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
* Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
