As a Territory Manager you will be at the forefront of introducing cutting‑edge urology solutions to healthcare professionals, supporting their efforts to deliver exceptional patient care covering the North of Ireland excluding Northern Ireland
What is the main responsibility for this role?
Promote Olympus’s advanced urology products to urologists, hospitals, and clinics in your assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with healthcare providers.
Educate clinicians on product features, benefits, and clinical applications.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and proper product usage.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging needs within the urology field.
Professionally represent the organisation at face to face/virtual exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings
Deliver post sales training, commissioning and support for new and existing customers across product portfolio.
What experience and skill set is required for this role?
Degree level qualification – desirable
Experience within a field sales environment, ideally within the healthcare industry
Self‑motivated with a strong will to succeed
Highly skilled in organising and planning multiple demands & priorities
Demonstrates high levels of integrity in dealings with external & internal customers
Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
Highly motivated to provide exceptional customer satisfactionFocused personal continuous improvement & development
