Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries, service requests, and general scheduling/planning inquiries.
* Schedule and coordinate engineer appointments, site visits, and project timelines to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintain accurate service records and update internal databases with customer and job information to guarantee data integrity.
* Liaise with engineers to track progress and communicate updates to clients, fostering effective collaboration and client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
* 1-2 years of experience working in a busy scheduling/planning team.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
