Site Engineering Role
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field. A strong understanding of construction processes, materials and technical drawings is also essential.
The site engineer will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities are carried out accurately, efficiently and in accordance with design specifications and safety standards.
* Set out, level and survey the site using appropriate instruments and tools.
* Interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide construction activities.
* Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring work is completed on time.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to coordinate site activities.
* Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate site records and documentation.
* Assist in resolving technical issues and implementing practical solutions on site.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a site engineering role within the construction industry.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
