Senior Associate – Asset Management & Investment Funds – Dublin
We are currently working with a leading law firm seeking a Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Asset Management and Investment Funds team.
The team advises a broad range of clients, including global asset managers, investment firms, and financial institutions, across both regulated and unregulated investment structures.

The role involves advising on a wide variety of funds and investment structures, including UCITS, ETFs, private equity, hedge funds, sustainable investments, and digital assets.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum of four years' post-qualification experience in investment funds law, ideally within a top-tier firm or comparable organisation.
Strong technical expertise in Irish funds law and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent drafting skills with the ability to manage transactions from start to finish.
Commercially minded and client-focused.
