Duties & Responsibilities
Performing all welding tasks using TIG and MIG.
Performing efficient and reliable welding & fabrication of various stainless steel Milk Silos and Milk Tanks.
Be proficient in Oxy settings and Plasma cutting and be able to use rollers.
Knowledge of polishing and grinding experience essential
Proficient in reading CAD drawings'
Ability to work within a team and on own initiative.
Ensure that all work is carried out in line with company safety practices and procedures to the highest possible standard
Perform other duties as directed by management
Requirements:
Qualified Time Served as Fabricator.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role
Must have experience with TIG and MIG welding
Good work ethic and diligent, with a flexible approach to work
Good organisation and communication skills
Ability to work within a team and on your own initiative.
Critical thinking, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
An internal weld test may be requested
Working at heights, Confined Spaces & Abrasive Wheels – Advantage
Viewing of a portfolio either online or soft copy is desirable.
