Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic
Head of Service Delivery
to lead the execution of large-scale operational services across a complex, multi-partner environment.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving performance, ensuring service excellence and delivering operational strategy at scale.
Reporting to executive leadership, you will take full ownership of end-to-end service delivery, overseeing logistics, operational performance and partner execution.
A key focus of the role is the management of
outsourced service providers and delivery partners
, ensuring strong governance, contractual performance and continuous improvement across all third-party relationships.
You will define and implement a
data-driven service delivery model
, using performance metrics, KPIs and operational insights to drive efficiency, identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Establishing robust governance frameworks, reporting structures and escalation processes will be central to ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
As a senior leader, you will build and develop high-performing teams, embedding a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
You will also lead complex operational programmes and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring delivery against organisational objectives within defined timelines and governance structures.
You will act as a key escalation point for operational challenges, working proactively to resolve issues, address root causes and enhance overall service performance.
