As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in our organisation's mission to support individuals in reaching their full potential and living meaningful lives. We are seeking an experienced professional with a recognised post-graduate qualification in clinical psychology and 3 years' experience in working with individuals with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and/or Mental Health difficulties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and provision of high-quality psychological services across the business. Key responsibilities include:
* Assessment, diagnosis, devising, monitoring, and reviewing treatment programmes
* Facilitating therapy/counselling sessions and group interventions
* Clinical supervision on a weekly basis
* Upskilling in clinical competencies such as neuropsychological, personality, and dual diagnostic assessments
To excel in this role, you will possess strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and sound judgement, enabling you to work effectively within a fast-paced and flexible team. A full clean driving licence is required for the position.
