Senior Reward Specialist Role Summary Sanderson are seeking a Senior Reward Specialist to lead a critical compliance project and contribute to broader reward initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to shape reward practices and ensure alignment with upcoming regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive from planning through execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines. Drive data collection and analysis, including mining pay gap drivers and providing rationale. Partner with HR, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Compliance teams to deliver a coordinated approach. Review and develop reward policies and standards across multiple entities. Create tools and communication materials to support adoption of transparency measures. Conduct job evaluations and maintain job architecture frameworks. Monitor legislative developments in Ireland and Germany, adapting strategies as needed Skills & Experience Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint. Prior experience in Reward, including grading structures, job evaluation, and survey analysis. Ability to conduct detailed research and make recommendations for new or improved solutions. Proven experience handling confidential information with tact and diplomacy. Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
