Due to their continued development and expansion, they are seeking a Project Manager to strengthen and enhance their team. Responsibilities:
1. Establish performance and delivery criteria, ensuring that client requirements are met
2. Ensure compliance with project specifications
3. Ensure compliance with project procedures – safety / quality/ etc.
4. Maintain project information (project controls)
5. Track and report at weekly client update meetings
6. Planning of resources including labour, materials and subcontractors
7. Manage and drive a large team to meet all project requirements and deadlines
8. Monitor procurement / safety / costs/ etc.
9. Must be an excellent communicator and have previous experience working on high-quality medium-and large-scale public and private contracts in sectors such as Residential, Pharma, Commercial, Education, and Health.
10. BIM experience is an advantage
11. Tender submission experience is an advantage
Requirements:
1. You will be degree qualified in civil engineering or construction management. A trade background will also be considered.
2. You will have 8+ years’ proven experience working with a medium or large-sized main building contractor in a project manager role.
3. You must be capable of taking responsibility for a large project, ensuring its delivery within time, cost, and budget.
4. You will report to a Contracts Manager or Director who will support you in your role.
5. Programming and method statement writing experience would be beneficial.
