This role acts as the integrator and quarterback for franchise digital initiatives — ensuring that platform-enabled strategies are executed with precision and deliver measurable business impact. This position is focused on driving digital adoption, execution, and results within the franchise while aligning with Commercial, Medical, and Data/Analytics functions.In this influential position, you will own the orchestration of business and technical workstreams, ensuring that initiatives are aligned with corporate objectives, efficiently executed, and deliver measurable impact. You will partner closely with Franchise Performance Management (FPM), Commercial Business Excellence (CBE), and Medical Science Liaison (MSL) leadership to turn strategy into results.The ideal candidate brings both pharmaceutical industry expertise and technical/digital fluency, thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments, and can manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with precision and agility.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate franchise-wide and platform-level initiatives aligned with corporate OKRs and KPIs.Oversee brand-level priorities within each franchise pod, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.Track progress, identify risks, and ensure milestones are achieved.Serve as the single point of accountability for digital enablement and franchise digital outcomes, balancing strategic priorities with real-time operational needs.Drive alignment across FPM, CBE, and MSL leaders, while maintaining a clear distinction that this role owns digital execution at the franchise level, not general business operations.Champion consistent processes, tools, and performance metrics across all franchises.Digital & Data-Driven EnablementLeverage analytics, forecasting, and CRM systems to inform strategic decisions and measure success.Partner with Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to translate data outputs into actionable business insights.Drive adoption of enterprise tools (e.g., Palantir, ThoughtSpot/Power BI, Snowflake) to enable scale and consistency.Onboarding & Change ManagementLead structured onboarding for new brands, initiatives, or pod members using scalable frameworks.Develop and maintain process documentation, dashboards, and knowledge hubs to enable faster ramp-up and knowledge sharing.Manage change effectively, ensuring smooth transitions for new launches, platform upgrades, or organizational shifts.Cross-Functional Collaboration & CommunicationAct as liaison between Commercial, Medical, IT, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align execution plans.Facilitate pod meetings, working groups, and stakeholder updates with clarity and accountability.Promote transparency and consistent communication between leadership and execution teams.Resource Management & Budget OversightOptimize allocation of resources (people, tools, budget) to maximize impact.Monitor spend and ensure initiatives align with financial targets.Qualifications8+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or healthcare, with exposure to commercial operations, brand strategy, or field enablement.3+ years in a digital/technical role (analytics, CRM, AI/ML, or enterprise platform management).Proven ability to lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs with both business and technical contributors.Strong understanding of market access, regulatory constraints, competitive dynamics, and product launch planning.Familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources (DDD/Xpo, LAAD, IQVIA/Symphony datasets, etc.) and ability to translate data insights into franchise-level execution.Comfortable with agile project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and modern workflow tools (e.g., Jira).Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Palantir, ThoughtSpot/Power BI) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
