Job Description for Head of Supply Chain at Quality Tractor Parts Ltd.
Lead the end-to-end supply chain processes and ensure seamless operations across the organisation as our new Head of Supply Chain. Key responsibilities include driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness and reliability throughout the supply chain network, strategic planning to develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with the organisation's objectives, supplier management to nurture and enhance relationships with contract manufacturers and lead teams to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive Efficiency and Effectiveness: Utilize 10+ years of supply chain experience to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability throughout the supply chain network.
2. Strategic Planning: Demonstrate expertise in planning to develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
3. Supplier Management: Employ strong supplier management skills to nurture and enhance relationships with our network of contract manufacturers, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered on time.
4. People Leadership: Showcase exceptional people management and development abilities, leading teams at regional or global levels to achieve exceptional results.
5. Continuous Improvement: Embrace a continuous improvement mindset, identifying and implementing innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Operational Projects: Demonstrate experience in leading operational projects across the supply chain, streamlining processes and driving organisational success.
7. Product Launch Expertise: Utilise strong product launch experience to ensure seamless product introductions into the market.

We are seeking a candidate with a degree qualification in a relevant field and extensive supply planning and people management experience, along with 10-15 years of global or regional supply chain management experience.
