The program will remediate end-of-life system exposure as we approach the end of this decade.Role Objective: This is a key leadership role accountable for shaping and delivering business-wide persona strategies that drive organizational transformation and modernization of our global business operations. It requires outstanding business insight, deep technical expertise, and a proven track record of leading sophisticated, multi-year change initiatives.Scope & Responsibilities:Persona Framework Ownership — Architect and own the persona framework, define and implement a Persona Clean Core methodology, ensure end-to-end ownership, and orchestrate cohesive architecture and governance across cross-functional teams.
