**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of the accounting department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing staff, and collaborating closely with Partners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare financial statements for limited company entities to ensure compliance.
* Prepare Income Tax and Corporation Tax Returns.
* Manage client portfolios, including record requests, deadline discussions, and client inquiries, while overseeing workflow management.
* Support junior staff and report to the Partners.
* Collaborate with management to identify and develop new business opportunities.
**Requirements:**
* Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
* Experience in a practice setting, with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
* Strong staff management skills.
* Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
