Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve user inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
Enforce community standards by monitoring reports of abuse and taking necessary actions.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall user experience based on gathered insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
Fluency in English (C1-C2) in oral and written communication.
Advanced level of market language (C1-C2).
Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy.
Ability to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
