We are currently recruiting home care assistants for Monday to Friday morning, evening hours, and /or Saturday and Sunday hours in the Sutton/Baldoyle/Bayside Area.
All applicants must be cheerful, caring, positive and dependable Individual who really enjoy working with clients to provide a range of services such as companionship, personal support, meal preparation and mobility assistance.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
* Are a Cheerful, Caring, Positive and Dependable Individual
* Have Experience in providing care in the home
* A Level 5 QQI Healthcare qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential as if you have experience in providing care we provide QQI training to employees
* Will pass Garda Clearance
* Have suitable character references
* Have suitable permission to work
* Have Fluent English
* Excellent rates of pay with lowest hourly rate starting at €14.00.
* Premium rates paid on bank holidays.
* Pay increase at year 1 & 3 of employment.
* 2 day Paid Induction Training Programme.
* Civil Service Mileage allowance paid to our driving carers.
* Fully Funded QQI training, both modules Care Skills and Care of the Older Person - QQI Level 5.
* Full time support from a friendly and respectful care manager with back up from our Nurse Management Team who are there to help and support you.
