SPV Fund Controller Job Opportunity In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management and operations of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) within our organization. As a key member of the Financial Operations department, your expertise will ensure accurate reporting, robust controls, effective cash management, and smooth execution of transactions across our portfolio of SPVs. **Key Responsibilities:** • Manage and monitor SPV financial statements and NAV calculations to provide timely and accurate reporting to fund management and investors. • Oversee cash flows, capital calls, distributions, intercompany financing between SPVs and fund entities to optimize use of surplus funds in line with fund policies. • Coordinate with banks administrators treasury teams on account openings KYC signatory controls ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions..
