Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef with menu planning, kitchen management, and service delivery to maintain high culinary standards.
* Purchase and store food supplies efficiently while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
* Maintain open communication with the Head Chef to create new recipes and menus that meet guest expectations.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
* Demonstrate ability to multitask, remain organized, and adapt to changing priorities.
* Develop strong relationships with colleagues and guests through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Packaging
* A competitive salary range of €40,000-€45,000 based on experience.
