The Role

As Project Manager, you will plan, organise and oversee the construction of electrical (MV & HV) projects. Acting as the key client interface, you will be responsible for scheduling, delivery, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality and budget targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of MV & HV projects from start-up through to completion
- Develop project business plans, cost control systems, cashflow and schedules
- Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure programme, EHS and quality compliance
- Chair client and subcontractor meetings, managing progress and resolving issues
- Oversee audits, reporting, procurement and engineering activities
- Ensure successful testing, commissioning and final handover to client
- Maintain strong client relationships from mobilisation to close-out

About You
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent trade background
- Proven experience managing high-voltage and medium-voltage projects (substations essential)
- Skilled in leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong IT and reporting ability, including presentations and project documentation
- Commercially aware with strong problem-solving capability
- Willingness to travel as required for project delivery
- Proactive, solution-focused and able to work on your own initiative
