Job DescriptionMarketing Manager - Europe, will act as an operational extension of the Director and Senior Manager for Institutional Investor marketing (GL client type), and the broader marketing team. The new hire will help translate global marketing strategy into (regional) campaign execution, coordinating campaign planning and efforts across channels and countries. The role’s core goal is to help Glass Lewis expand our marketing efforts, accelerate campaign deployment, and increase audience relevance.This hybrid role will be located in either Amsterdam or Limerick, reporting primarily to the Director, Marketing, Europe.Job RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services, financial services, or SaaS.Strong project management and campaign execution background.Experience adapting and executing on global and regional marketing programs.Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).Excellent communication and copywriting skills; able to tailor content for different markets.Comfortable working in a matrixed global environment.Graphicdesign experience is an asset.Local language fluency (e.g. German or French) is an asset.Job ResponsibilitiesProduct Marketing (25%)Develop regionalized messaging for Glass Lewis’ institutional products and customer personas to enhance understanding of our product differentiators.Write and design effective marketing materials and regularly update website content, ensuring it is SEO-optimized.Campaign Management (35%)Execute insight-driven regional GTM plans for Glass Lewis’ institutional products, services, and research offerings.Collaborate cross-functionally to develop high-impact campaigns and content assets across owned and paid channels, regionalizing efforts for EU/UK audiences as suitable (e.g. based on regulatory and industry standards developments).Coordinate with team on marketing assets, content calendars, channel distribution.Marketing Operations (25%)Support email campaign creation and deployment, coordinating with team on audience lists, contact management, and channel execution, to improve targeting precision and performance.Report on marketing campaign data/KPIs, including regional efforts/campaigns.Events & Partnerships (15%)Manage logistics and promotion for regional events, conferences, and webinars (through Zoom).Identify and recommend strategic speaking or sponsorship opportunities.Collaborate with Sales and Client Service on event follow-up and lead management.
