Our client is looking for an experienced Shopping Account Manager for their Mid market team. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse potfolio of retail online advertisers, offering acctionable recommendations and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with advertisers across Europe to assist on their shopping campaigns, work with merchants across a selected market to advise them on their Shopping campaign strategy.
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, applying best pratice for portfolio management and consistent service levels.
- Deliver against key operational KPIs. Help selected merchants grow their return on investment (ROI) and investments in shopping ads through product expertise and optimization recommendations.
- Communicate ongoing progress via weekly reports to Manager.
- Analyse data and trends in order to create meaningful insights from the list of customers.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate and present customer analytics.
- Ability to prioritize and align with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Demonstrated ability in thriving in uncertain and environments with scarce resources.
