Senior Supply Chain Manager Are you an experienced supply chain leader looking to make a strategic impact within the medical device manufacturing sector? We're recruiting a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations at a key global production site. As a core member of the Plant Leadership Team, you'll be responsible for leading the site's supply chain function-from raw material flow to finished goods distribution. You'll oversee planning, scheduling, materials management, and inventory, aligning daily execution with long-term global strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead site-based supply chain functions, including production planning and materials management Drive strategic initiatives in capacity planning, inventory optimization, and supplier performance Own and lead S&OP at the site level, ensuring alignment with global supply and demand Foster and develop a high-performing team, promoting continuous improvement and excellence Collaborate cross-functionally with global operations, procurement, and planning teams Drive cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiency through data-led decision-making What You Bring 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in manufacturing or logistics 5+ years managing planners, schedulers, and/or buyers in complex environments Strong ERP systems knowledge (SAP S/4 HANA, IBP, eWM preferred) Demonstrated success in S&OP leadership, supplier management, and inventory control Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred) Medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry experience is highly advantageous Key Skills & Competencies Strategic thinking with operational execution Influential leadership and cross-functional collaboration Change management and continuous improvement mindset Analytical and data-driven decision-making Strong communication and stakeholder engagement Why This Role?
