We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Senior Service Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services in a community-based setting.
About the Role
This is a full-time salaried position that requires a minimum of 40 hours per week. You may also be required to work on call at evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social care management, with experience in strategic planning and team leadership.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Level 7 qualification in Social Care Studies or equivalent, as well as postgraduate qualifications in Social Care Management. A proven track record of senior management experience is essential, with at least 5 years' experience in the health/social care sector.
