Retail Optimisation Specialist Team Lead
We invite applications for this role within our Retail Operations team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Work with cross-functional teams and Sales to develop efficient store operations for our brands.
* Support the Retail Optimisation Specialists team in implementing operational processes to the highest standard.
* Document and review existing core store processes.
* Develop new processes to improve store efficiency.
* Support the rollout of new processes already developed by Musgrave but require further implementation at store level.
* Support the development of a consistent way of working across each brand.
* Support the creation and use of reporting tools that capture clear and measurable KPIs.
This includes driving efficiency at store level as part of Centra Next Gen/SITG and SuperValu Next Gen projects through new process optimisation.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of managing high-performing teams with a third-level qualification in Sales/Business or similar.
* Experience in managing pilot initiatives and process mapping.
* Ability to report on weekly KPIs and project governance deadlines.
* Experience working on retail rollouts as part of a cross-functional team.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in project management.
* Commercial acumen and reporting skills.
* Good computer skills including MS Office and project planning.
* This role requires occasional travel to stores and possession of a full clean driving licence.
