Senior Psychology Service Lead
The Senior Psychology Service Lead is responsible for delivering exceptional psychology services to individuals with complex disabilities. Key objectives include leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering high-quality service delivery.
* Possess a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or a related field and have extensive experience working with children and adults with disabilities, autism, and neurodiversity.
* At least 6 years of full-time relevant post-qualification experience, including clinical leadership roles.
* Demonstrate administrative knowledge and ability to manage team functions effectively.
* Achieve depth and breadth of experience in working with disability, autism, and neurodiverse populations.
* Maintain strong clinical expertise and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
* Engage in research and innovation within the field of psychology.
