We're looking for a
Hospitality Assistant
who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Compass Group Ireland on a
part time
basis, contracted to
18 hours per week, Friday and Saturday nights.

Hospitality Assistant

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Deliver high-quality hospitality service to designated meeting rooms, boardrooms, and client areas
* Set up rooms for meetings and events, including food, beverages, tableware, and equipment in line with service standards
* Provide timely delivery and replenishment of food and drinks during meetings and events
* Ensure presentation standards are consistently met, with attention to detail and cleanliness
* Clear and clean meeting rooms promptly after use, ensuring spaces are reset and ready for future bookings
* Maintain high levels of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times
* Engage professionally with clients, responding to requests and resolving issues efficiently
* Follow food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures at all times
* Support with stock control, replenishment, and reporting of shortages or issues
* Work collaboratively with catering, kitchen, and on-site teams to ensure smooth service delivery
* Adhere to service schedules and respond flexibly to changing client requirements
Our Ideal Hospitality Assistant Will
* Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service (contract catering experience desirable)
* Friendly, professional, and client-focused with a strong service mindset
* Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
* Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow procedures and maintain food safety and hygiene standards
* Flexible and adaptable to meet business and client needs
* Willing to learn and develop within a contract catering environment
