This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Quality professional who wants real ownership, visibility, and influence within a growing food manufacturing business.
You will take full responsibility for food safety, quality systems, and technical compliance, leading a capable technical team and working closely with senior stakeholders to support continued business growth.

What You'll Be Doing
Quality Systems & Compliance
* Lead and continuously improve the BRCGS Food Safety Management System
* Maintain certification and deliver strong customer and third-party audit outcomes
* Oversee the Quality Management System in line with Irish and EU legislation
* Manage internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Food Safety Leadership
* Act as HACCP Team Leader, ensuring HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP systems are effective and up to date
* Lead product recall and withdrawal processes when required
* Drive food safety culture across the site through leadership and accountability
Data, Risk & Performance
* Analyse complaints, microbiological data, and audit trends to drive improvement
* Act as the technical authority across products and customer requirements
* Manage product specifications, data sheets, and certificates of analysis
People, Suppliers & Stakeholders
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing technical team of five
* Oversee supplier approval and raw material verification programs
* Work closely with customers and internal teams on technical matters
* Contribute as a key member of the site leadership team
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related discipline
* 3–5 years' experience in a senior quality or technical leadership role within food manufacturing
* Proven success maintaining BRC certification and leading audits
* Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
* In-depth knowledge of HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, and QMS
* Solid understanding of food legislation and customer technical standards
