Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing presentation materials, recording and issuing meeting minutes, generating and tracking correspondences, retrieving and maintaining documents, ordering office supplies, and coordinating various administrative tasks.
* Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
* Record and issue meeting minutes.
* Generate and track correspondences.
* Retrieve, copy/scan, organise and maintain documents.
* Order Office and Lab supplies.
* Assist with annual examination of retention samples.
* Assist with processing of returned components and complaint samples for destruction.
* Coordinate and assign lot set ups to team members.
* Prepare site wide notifications.
* Coordinate environmental chamber inventories associated with disposition as required.
* Assign responsibility, monitor, and report results of departmental room audits.
* Assist with lot status labelling as required.
* Be responsible for disposition logbooks.
* Control coordination of unprocessed bulk and in process bulk.
* Prepare disposition paperwork for materials.
* Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
