As a key member of our technical team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of EUV systems at our Ireland site. Your primary focus will be on C02/Drive Laser competency, driving system availability, and customer product output through effective ownership and resolution of group escalations.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and repair EUV systems to guarantee adherence to our high standards for system availability and customer product output.
* Proactively identify and resolve complex issues related to C02/Drive Laser competency, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Collaboration and Communication
* Support the installation and qualification of ASML systems on the Ireland site, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.
* Develop and sustain comprehensive competency knowledge, providing expert guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement
* Communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication.
* Monitor system performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or similar fields, accompanied by 5+ years of experience in a technical environment and 3+ years of experience operating, troubleshooting, and diagnosing C02/Drive Laser systems.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communication skills in English, strong organizational skills, including good time management, and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
