Job Description: We are seeking an organized, experienced, and enthusiastic Salon Manager to oversee the entire operation of Blooming. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in salon management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, managing staff, and implementing marketing strategies to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
* Oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
* Maintain inventory of salon supplies, products, and equipment; manage stock levels and place orders as needed.
* Ensure the salon adheres to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
2. Staff Management:
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of all staff.
* Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage for peak hours and special events.
* Conduct performance reviews, foster a positive team culture.
* Resolve any staff-related issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
3. Customer Service:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of client satisfaction.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
* Implement loyalty programs and other initiatives to enhance customer retention.
5. Marketing & Promotions:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive salon traffic.
* Plan and oversee promotions, seasonal offers, and special events to attract new customers.
6. Administrative Duties:
* Handle bookings, appointments, and client management systems.
* Ensure compliance with salon policies, including staff conduct, scheduling, and customer service standards.
* Prepare and maintain accurate reports, including sales and performance metrics & Accounts preparation.
* Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies to keep the salon at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in salon management or a similar role within the nails industry.
* Strong knowledge of salon operations, customer service, and financial management.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of professionals.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Experience with marketing strategies and social media management.
* Proficiency in salon management software and point-of-sale systems.
* A passion for the nails industry and a commitment to high-quality service.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certification or education in business management, cosmetology, or related fields.
* Previous experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of inventory management and supplier negotiations.
