Showroom Sales Representative
Role
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both homeowners and trade professionals.
- Product Knowledge: Offer informed advice and customized solutions related to stove products. Full technical training will be provided.
- Order Management: Prepare customer quotes and process orders using price lists and product literature.
- Ongoing Learning: Stay up to date with professional and technical knowledge through regular product training sessions.
What We're Looking For
- Sales Experience: A solid track record in sales, preferably within the heating, home improvement, or related industries but not essential.
- Product Understanding: Good knowledge of domestic heating systems, stoves, and associated products.
- Sales Ability: Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Customer Orientation: A customer-first mindset with a talent for building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Drive & Motivation: Self-motivated, results-focused, and commercially aware.
