Our client, a well-established hotel in Co. Cork is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join their team.
This role involves assisting the general manager with day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth hotel management.
We are looking for candidates with:
* At least 2-3 years of experience in hotel management, with a focus on operations and guest service.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with Food Service Essential.
* Able to manage and work within a team as well as independently.
* Strong analytical and financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and quality service.
* Flexible working hours including days, nights and weekends.
