Job Opportunity: Mental Health Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support adults with mental health challenges using the Clubhouse model of rehabilitation.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will promote recovery, community, and meaningful engagement by supporting members in achieving personal recovery goals.
Main Responsibilities:
* Facilitate group activities and daily operations to promote social inclusion, skill-building, and empowerment.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and external agencies to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
* A qualification in Social Care or related discipline is essential.
* Experience in mental health or community-based settings is highly desirable.
* Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills are required.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU Passport / IRP STAMP 4 or 1G).
