Social Care Leadership Roles
We are seeking experienced professionals to lead our social care teams in providing exceptional support to young people under the age of 12. As a Social Care Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies that promote the well-being and integration of our clients into the community.
Job Requirements:
* Relevant Qualification in Social Care (minimum level 7)
* Strong knowledge surrounding child protection, HIQA, and leadership skills to support staff teams
* Minimum of 3 years' experience post-qualification work experience in Children's Residential Services
* Full Clean Driver's License preferred
