About the Role
The Client Partner is a strategic position that focuses on building and expanding relationships with a portfolio of small or mid-market accounts. The primary goal is to drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling across various verticals.
This role involves overseeing account transitions from the new business team, managing onboarding, and continuously understanding and meeting the evolving needs of clients to expand and renew business while ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the new business team for a smooth handoff of new accounts and establish a strong foundation for ongoing relationships.
* Oversee the initial onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are fully integrated and understand how to utilize products and services effectively.
* Maintain deep relationships with assigned accounts, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact for any business or support needs.
* Regularly communicate value propositions to assigned accounts, highlighting opportunities for expansion and further collaboration.
* Monitor product adoption rates and usage patterns, implementing strategies to increase engagement where necessary.
* Develop strategic account plans and execute against them to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and account growth.
* Continuously assess customers' evolving business needs and recommend solutions to facilitate account expansion, including identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Proactively manage and nurture a pipeline of new leads within existing accounts, meticulously tracking progress and interactions within CRM and other sales tools.
* Oversee the renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring a high retention rate by demonstrating ongoing value.
* Address any customer inquiries, issues, or escalations promptly, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
