We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, energetic and guest Finance Assistantfocusing onAccounts payable / payroll role to work in our finance team Finance team-based Hilton Dublin Kilmainham and part of wider Tifco Hotel Group Finance team.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Finance/Payroll roles
Prior experience within a 4 star hotel
Organisational & planning skills
Previous experience in accounts payable function or payroll administration
Be able to adapt to change and work well under pressure
Good communications skills and Ability to multi-task
Conscientious with excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude
Flexible, self-starter, proactive
Computer literate excel skills
Knowledge of Hotel PMS systems is an advantage
Motivated individual who wants to grow and develop within our finance department
Duties And Responsibilities
Process payrolls timely and efficiently manner
Process payroll related statutory returns and prepare required reports as directed by Financial Controller
Enter vendor invoices in Xero our Finance system
Prepare monthly payment run/reports for approval
Ensure correct coding to the general ledger accounts and work with required managers on required work flow process.
Deal with general office queries and reconcile to vendor statements.
Assist the other Finance team members in the daily/ weekly/ monthly tasks
