This role will focus on delivering end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, primarily software engineering and development positions.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions (software developers, engineers, etc.)Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirementsSource, screen, and manage candidate pipelines using a variety of tools and platformsProvide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring processWork closely with HR and People teams to support broader talent initiativesRequirements:3-5 years' experience in tech recruitment, ideally in fast-paced environmentsMust have in-house recruitment experienceProven track record of hiring developers and technical talentStrong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and other platformsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAvailable to work hybrid in Dublin (1-2 days onsite weekly)
