Job Title: Italian Customer Support Specialist
Salary and Package: €28,000 + bonus + benefits such as full health and dental care cover, education assistance, travel allowance, ability to work from abroad for a number of weeks per year and more
Shift Pattern: Monday- Friday with the occasional Saturday morning, standard office day hours
Job Location: Dublin City Centre (20 minutes from City)
Working Model: Hybrid Model – 2 days a week onsite + 3 days Work from Home once training is finished- training takes approx. 6 months
Abrivia Recruitment has an exciting opportunity within the financial services industry for an Italian Customer Support Specialist. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
2. Utilising the latest technology to answer customer enquiries
3. Answering complex queries regarding services available and if covered under contract
4. Identifying customer needs and providing solutions
5. Maintaining customer records
6. Providing excellent customer service
The successful candidate should have:
1. Previous experience in customer service and/or customer support from retail, hospitality, call centre, administration backgrounds
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
3. The ability to quickly learn and use new software
4. The ability to work independently and in a team environment
5. A positive attitude and strong work ethic
6. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
