Job Title: Beverage Manager
This role offers the opportunity to take on a challenging position in beverage operations, providing support and training to staff, and overseeing the hotel's two bars.
* Beverage sales management for two outlets
* Supporting the General Manager to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations and overall business performance
* Ensuring efficient, warm and friendly beverage service
* Supervising bar teams, ensuring all team members are aware of their responsibilities and performing them to a consistently high standard
* Mentoring and supporting team members
* Cash handling procedures management in accordance with company policies
* Compliance with all relevant company policies regarding Fire, Health & Safety, Hygiene, Food Hygiene, Customer Care & Security
* Employee Relations & Performance Management of the bar teams with HR assistance
* Implementing and maintaining bar Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring teams are trained and following guidelines
* Interacting and communicating with guests and colleagues in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
Requirements
* Experience in beverage management or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Familiarity with cash handling procedures and company policies
