Site Agent – Waterford (Wastewater Project)Due to continued growth, new project wins, and contract extensions, Shareridge is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a reliable and experienced Site Agent to join our expanding team in Waterford.You'll be working on a high-profile wastewater project, leading teams on the ground and ensuring works are delivered to the highest quality, safety, and efficiency standards.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, career-focused individual looking to take the next step with one of Ireland's fastest-growing civil engineering companies.What You'll Be Doing:Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all work complies with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) standards.Review construction work packages and ensure effective planning and execution on-site.Ensure all activities align with approved Traffic Management and HSQE plans.Liaise with third-party stakeholders, clients, and utility providers to coordinate efficient delivery.Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records and documentation.Manage subcontractors in line with project timelines and specifications.Provide regular updates and reporting to the Project Manager.What we're looking for:Proven experience in a similar Site Agent or Site Management role, preferably within water, wastewater, or utility projects.Strong subcontractor management skills and a hands-on approach to site leadership.Excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.A full Irish driving licence is required.Experience in heavy civils, infrastructure, or public works projects is a distinct advantage.Why Join Shareridge?Competitive salary packages based on experience.Company benefits including development opportunities and performance-based progression.Join a supportive, experienced team delivering impactful infrastructure across Ireland.Be part of a company that invests in its people and promotes from within.Apply now via the link below or contact our recruitment team on for more information.
