What You`ll Do
* Support the development of solar and wind energy projects at all stages
* Communicate and negotiate with landowners to secure land agreements
* Work closely with external consultants on technical and environmental matters
* Assist with early-stage site design and yield assessments
* Collaborate across internal teams on planning, stakeholder, and land issues
* Manage grid applications in coordination with in-house technical support
* Track and report project progress through status reports and presentations
* Attend industry events and contribute to building company visibility and networks
What You`ll Need
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline
* 23 years experience in a similar role within the energy or related sectors
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Ability to think creatively and solve problems pragmatically
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
* Commercial awareness with the ability to evaluate new opportunities
* A team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
