Business Analyst – 12-Month Contract x3, Public Sector
Hybrid Carlow – 2 days onsite
Role and Responsibilities
:
* Experienced Business Analyst with experience in a public sector environment or similar
* Stakeholder management
* Lead requirements gathering, validation, and traceability for business and technical needs.
* Document support design of end-to-end workflows.
* Develop and maintain all Business Requirements Documents
* Create and manage user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
* Data Analysis
What you need:
* Minimum 7 years' experience in a Business Analyst role with large-scale ICT or public-sector projects.
* Proven experience working in Agile environments and acting as a Product Owner.
* Proficient in Microsoft Azure DevOps, including creation of user stories, sprint planning, and backlog management.
* Skilled in requirements management, process modelling (BPMN/Visio), and data analysis (Excel/SQL).
* Knowledge of GDPR, Irish public-sector procurement
