Overview
My client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager on an initial 12 month contract with view for extension.
Responsibilities
Planning and delivering IT projects across multiple workstreams including physical and cloud infrastructure such as the Microsoft Azure stack.
Defining scope, milestones, and deliverables with relevant stakeholders.
Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and reporting.
Tracking progress, managing risks and issues, and implementing mitigation actions.
Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors.
Providing regular project updates to stakeholders.
Supporting the adoption of new systems and processes.
Contributing to continuous improvement of project delivery practices.
Qualifications
A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
A solid understanding of IT infrastructure and operational environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
A recognised project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile), with ITIL knowledge an advantage. Industry certifications a plus such as Cloud etc
Experience using project management tools such as MS Project or similar.
Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Candidates must have a stamp 4 visa or UK or EU Passport*
