The Role:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing team. This person required experience in producing content with marketing coordination experience, to drive our brands, Lisney Commercial Real Estate and Lisney Sotheby's International Realty, across digital and offline channels.
The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, design, and video production, while also having the skills to take initiative to support and drive marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Roles Description:
* Conceptualise, create, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
* Capture and edit high-quality photography and videography for social media, websites, campaigns, and events.
* Produce polished video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, including promotional videos, property showcases, and internal content.
* Design graphics and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
* Craft compelling copy to complement visual content for social media, blogs, campaigns, and email communications.
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns and increase engagement.
* Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in running and optimising paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, and Meta Ads Manager.
* Support the Marketing Manager in implementing new digital strategies and tools.
* Maintain website content in WordPress, ensuring up-to-date, visually appealing pages.
* Assist the marketing team in campaign execution, performance reporting, and optimisation insights.
* Coordinate with external suppliers such as photographers, videographers, PR agencies, and printers to deliver high-quality content.
* Manage merchandise and publication design, including whitepapers, brochures, and reports.
* Take on additional marketing and creative tasks to align with brand strategy and digital trends.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Must have 2-3 years' experience in a marketing coordination or similar role.
* Proven experience in content creation, video editing, photography, and graphic design.
* Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, and video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Must have a full driver licence to apply.
* Strong copywriting skills to complement visual content.
* Experience with social media management and performance monitoring.
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is advantageous.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate marketing activities in a fast-paced environment.
